It couldn't have been possible without mu partner in crime- Sonam. I asked a lot of local guides/Sherpas around Nepal, and they all said it's beyond human capabilities to Mt. Everest BC in 4 days without acclimatization + winters. I somehow met Sonam who has been doing expeditions for the last 10+ years in the Everest region, but never attempted & heard something like this. When I pitched him the idea, his main question was "How did you get this much confidence?" and that's where we clicked. Lucky to have found a fellow thrill-seeker friend. He has worked with legends like Jimmy Chin. We both attempted something that's not on most people's radar. My life was at more risk since I was not acclimatized & doing this at the first attempt, but he truly believed in me and promised that he'd build my memorial on a base camp, if I didn't survive. Now we'll climb the summit soon 🙂
